Return Eligibility
if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition to qualify for a return.
• Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error may be refused or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain products such as finger toothbrushes cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• We will arrange for a replacement or refund, based on your preference.
Return Process

2. We will provide detailed return instructions, and if applicable, a return shipping label.
Please do not send any returns without receiving return authorization from us first.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10 to 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
• Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

• For all other returns such as a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
Late or Refused Returns
All return requests must be initiated within the 14-day return window.
• Returns requested after this period will be declined.
• Unauthorized returns or items returned after the window without approval may be refused and sent back to the sender
